Duties
Include, but are not limited to:
- Receives and processes financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers from member accounts as directed.
- Reconciles cash drawer and ensures that any discrepancies are resolved.
- Attends assigned training sessions and stays current on new operational procedures.
- Cross-sells Credit Union products and services.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications include:
- Member service skills
- General office equipment skills
- Desire to work in an enjoyable and cooperative atmosphere
Salary Range
- $12-$15 an hour based on experience
Full-Time Branch Manager: Albertville
Alabama Teachers Credit Union is seeking a Full-Time Branch Manager to work in the Albertville area. We offer good work hours, excellent benefits, and a positive working environment.
SELECTION CRITERIA
Duties
Include, but are not limited to:
- Underwrites consumer loans up to the amount assigned per Credit Union policy.
- Hires, reviews, schedules, trains, and monitors the work of branch personnel: conducts performance reviews; allocates resources to meet operational needs within the department; reviews and approves, denies, or modifies department recommendations from subordinates
- Monitors branch operating results relative to established objectives and ensures appropriate steps are taken to correct unsatisfactory conditions.
- Maintains communications with main office; prepares and submits standard reports; attends scheduled management meetings.
- Represents the branch as appropriate in its relationships with members, sponsor organizations(s), suppliers, other financial institutions and similar groups.
- Controls past due and charged off accounts for the branch.
- Monitors all branch activities to ensure they are in compliance with established Credit Union policies and procedures.
- Performs other job related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience three to five years of similar or related experience.
- Education: (1) A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
- Interpersonal skills-Interpersonal skills work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.

$50,108-75,163
