Core Conversion Overview

Time for change. Our system is being upgraded.

Because we’re committed to providing you with speedy, secure and innovative service, we will be upgrading many of our systems August 31st - September 4th. This upgrade is necessary to enhance processes such as opening and managing accounts, originating and servicing loans, processing cash deposits and withdrawals, posting transactions, calculating member information, and more.

Systems to be upgraded include:

       Transaction and loan processing system

       Online/Mobile Banking

       iTalk (formerly known as Member Information Connection (MIC Line))

The upgrade of these systems will allow us to serve you even better through:

       Enhanced Online/Mobile Banking functionality

       Electronic document signing from your home, office, or mobile device

       Decreased wait times in offices/branches

Branch schedules & systems will be affected.

The conversion will begin at 4:45pm on Friday, August 31st and will continue through noon Tuesday, September 4th. All ATCU offices will be closed during this time and many services will be unavailable. See the Conversion Schedule for complete details. Our offices will reopen by noon Tuesday, September 4th and all services will be available at that time. 

Where can you go for the latest information?

We have launched a system upgrade web page at atcu.com/core-conversion. This page will house the latest information on the upgrade and will convey important information you will need for a better upgrade experience. Check this page often, but don’t forget to review your paper mail, emails, and social media posts from ATCU. System upgrade information will be relayed to you through all of these channels. 

What can you do now?

There are important things you can do now to prepare for the upgrades. Please make sure that your contact information is up-to-date with us. It’s very important that we have your correct mailing address, mobile & home telephone numbers, and email address. We will be sending important information to you regarding the upcoming changes to our systems, and we want to make sure that it makes it to you. Visit us to update your information today.

Please Note:

All of our branch locations will be closed Monday, September 3rd for the Labor Day holiday. Due to our system upgrade, branches will reopen Tuesday, September 4th by noon, and close at 6pm.
