Attention ATCU Visa Credit Card Holders:
Falcon, ATCU’s fraud monitoring system, may
contact you as an ATCU member at your home
or work when trying to verify possible
fraudulent transactions on your credit or
debit card. They determine when a
transaction is possibly fraudulent by having
red flag indicators in place. If you are
contacted by Falcon to confirm a purchase,
and do not respond, or feel that the call
could be fraudulent, the numbers to call
them back are:
Falcon for debit cards is: 1-800-338-8901
Falcon for credit cards is: 1-800-437-9392
If they can not get in touch with you to
verify the charges, then a temporary block
will be placed on your card. This block
will not be removed until Falcon is notified
by you that the charges are legitimate. It
is important to know that the protection of
your account is important to ATCU and this
is a necessary measure of added security.
