Moving Your Account To Alabama Teachers Credit Union Is Easy With Our Online Switch Kit.

  •      First, you may fill out the New Account Request Form located at the bottom of this page or stop by one of our five locations to open your new account with us.
    A deposit of $25 is required to open a share account.
    Under the USA Patriot Act, we are required to ask for your Name, Address, Date of birth and Other Information that will allow us to identify you. We will also ask to see your Driver’s license and other identifying documents.
    In addition, all new accounts are verified through ChexSystems before opening.
     

  •      Second, complete the applicable forms located at the bottom of this page.
    After these forms are forwarded to the appropriate institutions, your account activity will be redirected to ATCU.
     

  •      Please make sure to allow enough time and leave adequate funds to cover any outstanding checks and automatic withdrawals that need to clear before closing your old accounts.
