Alabama Teachers Credit Union has the right to reject any and all bids. 

THIS COLLATERAL HAS BEEN REPOSSESSED OR VOLUNTARILY SURRENDERED TO THE CREDIT UNION. THEREFORE, OUR KNOWLEDGE OF THIS COLLATERAL IS LIMITED.

ALL COLLATERAL IS SOLD AS IS, WITH NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

ATCU will attempt to notify you by telephone or e-mail if your bid was accepted.  If we are unable to personally contact you by telephone or receive no response by e-mail after three (3) business days, your bid will be rejected.  

You are required to pay a non-refundable down payment of 20% of the bid price within 48 hours of our notification to you.  The remaining balance must be paid within five (5) business days.  If not, your bid will be rejected and your down payment forfeited.  All money must be paid by certified funds.

ATCU makes no representation that it will finance the purchase of the collateral for you.

For your protection, never e-mail your account numbers, PIN or social security number. E-mail is NOT SECURE. Use our home banking product to send us secure information. If you can’t access our home banking site, call us, fax us or send us an e-mail with your name and phone number only. Contact us immediately if you ever suspect fraud, or receive suspicious e-mails or phone calls about your Credit Union accounts.
