Falcon, a fraud monitoring system, may contact an ATCU member on their home or work phone when trying to verify possible fraudulent transactions.  They determine when a transaction is possibly fraudulent by having red flag indicators in place that the type of transactions triggers.
If you are contacted by Falcon and do not want to respond to the verification questions, you may choose to call them back.
Falcon for debit card is 1-800-338-8901.  Falcon for credit cards is 1-800-437-9392.
If Falcon is unable to contact you to confirm a purchase(s), Tan Boley, our credit union’s Card Services Coordinator, will also try to contact you by phone and letter.
