ATCU has a fraud detection system called
Fraud Alert
Management (FAM), which
continuously monitors your ATCU Visa debit
and credit card activity to help identify
and prevent fraudulent transactions on your
account. If suspicious charges or
transactions outside of your normal spending
pattern appear on your card, you may receive
an automated phone call from FAM on behalf
of ATCU to verify these charges.
You will
never be asked to provide your
FULL social
security number, debit or credit card
number, account number, or PIN.
You will
only be asked for the
last four
digits of the primary member social security
number. If FAM is unable to
contact you, they will leave a message
asking you to call them back at
1-800-890-5097 and until you do, your card
could be temporarily blocked to prevent any
fraudulent activity.
Contact any ATCU
office to verify that your contact
information is accurate so that the FAM team
is
able to contact you quickly should the need arise. |
