Credit Union Service Centers® Accessing your credit union account has never been easier! Alabama Teachers Credit Union is a proud participant in Credit Union Service Centers®, a network of branch offices shared by hundreds of credit unions across the nation.

You may conduct most any transaction you wish at a Credit Union Service Center, just as you may at any Alabama Teachers branch office. Some Credit Union Service Centers are open extended hours each weekday, and Saturday for your convenience. Your transactions are posted immediately, just as they are when you conduct transactions at Alabama Teachers Credit Union's office.

There will be automated holds  placed on checks at any credit  union service center location:

   ·    Local checks – 2 day hold
   ·    Non-local checks – 5 day hold

 Additional delay may apply in certain circumstances.

Holds will not be placed on reputable  payroll and government checks.

 Members may call the primary credit union to request that the hold be released.
